Your Journey
Welcome
What follows is your journey with us. It begins with a comprehensive evaluation and unfolds across five program days at our Malibu clinic, closing with a personalized plan to carry the work home.
Our work is built on a single principle: the body is an intelligent, self-regulating system. When it falls out of rhythm, the answer is rarely to silence the signal. It is to listen carefully, restore the underlying conditions, and let the system find its own balance again. Every day of your journey is shaped around that idea.
Yours is a One Week Core Journey because what your assessment showed is largely contained. You are well in most respects, and the work in front of us is clear. A concentrated week lets us do that work properly, without spreading it thin.
What to Expect
Your days here will run anywhere from two hours to most of a day, depending on what is layered together. We design that rhythm with you rather than for you, and we adjust it as we see how you respond. Most of the treatments are quiet and non-invasive. Some feel like nothing more than lying down and resting; a few involve gentle warmth or a faint pulse. None require medication or recovery time in the conventional sense.
Your lead practitioner conducts your assessment personally and shapes every day that follows. That continuity is part of the method, not a scheduling convenience. And your program is built from your specific evaluation, which is why no two journeys at HOM look alike.

Before You Arrive
Preparation
Success here is not a single moment of transformation. It is the quieter shift you notice in the days and weeks after you leave.
Deeper sleep. Steadier energy. A settled nervous system. The sense that something has come back into alignment. The week is a beginning; the plan you take home is how it continues. We would rather set that expectation clearly now than have you looking for a dramatic moment that was never the point.
You will know it is working in two ways. The first is what you notice: how quickly you fall asleep, whether you wake rested, and whether the afternoons hold. The second is measured. We reassess at the interval your practitioner sets with you, taking the same parameters we took at your assessment, so the change is a number and not only an impression.
Preparation
Fast for two hours before your assessment. Water is welcome. Please avoid caffeine that morning.
Wear comfortable, loose clothing each day. You will be lying down for much of your time with us.
Bring a list of any medications, supplements, and recent test results you would like us to consider.
Plan for stillness. Most guests find an early bedtime, a light dinner, and a clear calendar in the evenings serve them well.
Our Methodology
Health Optimizing Malibu is a scientific methodology of adjunct care. We work alongside, never in place of, your physician or specialist. Nothing in this journey is intended to diagnose or treat disease. What it is intended to do is help the body remember the conditions under which it knows how to heal itself.
Welcome. We are glad you are here.

Your Background
Your Starting Point
You arrive in good general health, which is the first thing worth saying plainly. You take care of yourself.
What brought you here is narrower and more specific: a sense that your system has been running a little too hot for a little too long, that rest has stopped feeling fully restorative, and that sleep is not doing the repair work it used to do.
You came to us for a concentrated week rather than a long overhaul, and the assessment confirmed that instinct. The picture is largely clear, with one finding sitting upstream of the rest.
One word recurs from here on. Restitution is the body’s own process of recovery and repair, the work it does to rebuild rather than simply to keep going.
The parasympathetic regulation of restitution and repair is dimmed down. The parasympathetic system is the half of the autonomic nervous system, the part that runs breathing, digestion and heart rate without your involvement, that governs rest and recovery. When that regulation is dimmed, the body can keep going but cannot properly rebuild. The assessment indicates this is what sits behind the tiredness, the lighter sleep, and the sense of always being slightly switched on, rather than those being three separate problems.
The reason we address it now rather than later is that a dysregulation left long enough gets adapted to as the new norm: the body stops attempting to correct it and simply accommodates it. Yours has not reached that point, which is a large part of why one focused week is sufficient.
What you are hoping for is simple and well within reach: to feel rested again, to sleep deeply, and to leave with a steadier baseline.
Your week is built around exactly that. We condition the body for the first few days, then work on the dimmed regulation directly in a long closing session. This is your program. It was built from your evaluation, and every day in it is there for a reason we will walk through with you.

Program Overview
Program Schedule
The first days are about conditioning: preparing your body to respond. The middle days build on that foundation. The final day is a long, restful integration session that ties the program together.
The pages that follow describe each day in turn. Your practitioner will confirm the exact schedule with you and adjust it as your body responds, so treat what follows as the shape of the week rather than a fixed timetable.
It is worth saying what is not in your program as well as what is. Several of the therapies we offer are not indicated for you, and we have left them out rather than included them for completeness. The same applies to supplements. We recommend only what your assessment gave us reason to recommend.

Main Health Assessment
Today is the foundation of everything that follows. We meet, we listen, and we take a careful, full-spectrum look at where your body is right now.
You will be welcomed and shown around the clinic first, including the treatment spaces you will be using over the coming days. There is no rush to this part. Most guests find it settles them to see the rooms before any work begins.
The assessment itself is conducted personally by your lead practitioner and runs about three hours. It is a comprehensive, multi-domain evaluation, and it is calm and conversational throughout. We record it, with your permission, so that your written protocol can be drawn directly from what we find rather than reconstructed from notes afterward.
Before you leave, your practitioner will sit down with you and share the broad direction of your week. The specifics follow in your written protocol, which you receive and walk through together in the first days of the program.
Preparation
A quiet evening, a light meal, and an early bedtime.
Comfortable, loose clothing, with a light layer for room-temperature changes.
A settling tiredness by the evening is expected and useful. A deep sleep tonight is the best preparation for what follows.

Day OneMonday, September 7, 20262 to 3 hours
Conditioning
Day one is gentle on purpose. We use it to prepare your tissues to respond to the deeper work later in the week.
You will start on the CellRegulation mat, a full-body pulsed-magnetic session that is calm and entirely passive. Most guests rest deeply through it; a few fall asleep. From there we introduce Papimi lightly, with gentle targeted pulses to begin the work in the regions your assessment flagged. It is quiet and non-invasive, and many people feel little more than a faint pulse, or nothing at all.
We close the day with Onnetsuki, a soothing far-infrared warmth applied along the body to help your system downshift. Of everything on today's schedule, this is the one people most often describe as simply pleasant.
Your written protocol is delivered today and walked through with you, so you leave understanding not just what is scheduled but why.
Preparation
Hydrate generously.
A light dinner, and limit screens after sundown.
Most guests feel relaxed during the treatments and pleasantly tired afterward. A deeper-than-usual sleep tonight is common and welcome.

Day TwoTuesday, September 8, 20263 to 4 hours
Building the Core
With your system primed, today builds the daily core that carries the rest of the week.
The shape is the same as yesterday but fuller. CellRegulation opens the day as a complete conditioning session rather than an introduction. Papimi then moves to targeted work across the specific regions your assessment identified, which is where the substance of the week's restoration happens.
Onnetsuki sits between the two as a calming transition, letting your system settle rather than moving straight from one treatment to the next. That spacing matters more than it sounds. The body responds better to work it has had a moment to absorb.
This is the rhythm you will recognize for the next few days. From here the variable is depth, not structure.
What to Expect
Energy often feels steadier today than yesterday. Some guests describe a quiet sense of focus, or a lightening of long-standing background tension they had stopped noticing. A light meal in the evening and restful activity only.

Day ThreeWednesday, September 9, 20264 to 5 hours
Depth
Today is the fullest day of your week. The treatments here are the ones your assessment indicated will move the most for you.
CellRegulation opens the day as usual. Papimi then goes deeper and longer than it has so far, working the priority regions with the conditioning of the previous days behind it. This sequencing is deliberate: the same session on day one would not do what it can do today.
If scheduling allows, we introduce a first, shorter Homeostasis session late in the day. Think of it as a preview rather than the real thing. It begins the nervous-system work that culminates on your final day and lets your body meet the technology once before the long session.
Preparation
Bring a layer for the cooler treatment rooms.
A quiet evening, a light dinner, and early sleep.
Many guests feel pleasantly tired by the end of the day. Sleep tonight tends to be the deepest of the week.

Day FourThursday, September 10, 2026Approximately 3 hours
Sustain and Prepare
Today we sustain the week's progress and prepare you for tomorrow's culminating Homeostasis session.
The day is lighter than yesterday by design. CellRegulation runs as a full session, and Papimi returns at a lighter, consolidating intensity rather than pushing further. After a full day of depth, the useful thing is to let it settle, not to add more.
Your practitioner will also sit down with you today to confirm tomorrow's Homeostasis track and to preview your take-home plan, so that nothing on your final day is a surprise. It is a good moment to raise anything you have noticed during the week, or anything you want the plan to account for once you are home.
Preparation
Protect an early bedtime tonight.
Hydrate well. Tomorrow is a long, restful day, and arriving well-slept changes how much you get from it.

Day FiveFriday, September 11, 2026Homeostasis, 2 to 3 hours
Homeostasis and the Plan Forward
Your week culminates with a long, restful Homeostasis session and the handoff of your personalized plan.
Homeostasis is a signal-based session on the track your assessment indicated, aimed here at helping your nervous system return to calm, self-regulating rest. It runs two to three hours, and it is most often described as deeply restful. The hours tend to pass without effort. Wear something you can comfortably rest in for that long.
Afterward, your practitioner walks you through your take-home plan in full: the home CellRegulation unit, a guided breathing practice, and your sleep and hydration guidance. This is a conversation, not a handover of paperwork. The plan is where the week becomes a lasting shift rather than a good week, and it is worth the time to understand it properly.
Then a closing conversation, and farewell.
Preparation
Keep the remainder of the day quiet.
Avoid travel immediately after the session.
Many guests report a settled clarity and noticeably deeper sleep in the days that follow.

The Treatments in Your Plan
The pages that follow describe each treatment in your program: an overview, what to expect during the session, and its role in your particular program.
CellRegulation
Magnetic-Induced Ion Transport Modulation
Overview
A pulsed-magnetic-field mat that you lie on fully clothed. It generates gentle, low-frequency magnetic fields that pass through the body and induce very small electrical currents in your tissue. Those currents support ion transport (the movement of charged particles in and out of a cell, which is how a cell takes in what it needs and clears what it does not). The practical effect is improved microcirculation, meaning better flow through the smallest blood vessels, and tissue better prepared to respond to the rest of your program.
What to Expect
Calm and passive. Most guests notice nothing beyond the sensation of lying down comfortably, and a good number fall asleep. There is no heat, no pressure, and no sound beyond the quiet of the room. Sessions run 20 to 30 minutes.
Role in Your Program
Your daily conditioning treatment, opening most days in the clinic. It is also one of the things you continue at home, and your practitioner sets the specific program, level and time of day for you rather than leaving it general. Of everything in your take-home plan this is the one that runs daily, which is why the home unit matters as much as the sessions here.
Health Optimizing MalibuExample
The Treatments in Your Plan
Papimi
Electromagnetic Cellular Stimulation
Overview
A device that delivers very fast, very brief high-voltage electromagnetic pulses into a targeted area of the body. The practitioner positions an applicator ring over the region being treated. Each pulse lasts a fraction of a millionth of a second, which is why energy at this intensity does not translate into heat or sensation.
The intent is to help restore healthy cellular voltage (the small electrical charge a cell holds across its outer membrane). A cell holding its proper charge produces energy, clears waste and repairs itself well. Below a certain level that charge is insufficient for repair at all, so tissue that has been slow to recover often turns out to be tissue that has lost its charge.
What to Expect
Quiet and non-invasive. Many guests feel little to nothing; some report a faint pulse in the treated area. You remain clothed, seated or lying down, and sessions on a given region are short. Where discomfort is felt it tends to fade as the region recharges, and its absence is one of the signs we watch for.
Role in Your Program
A daily core treatment in your week, kept light and targeted, supporting recovery alongside the nervous-system work that is the main thread of your program.
A long session delivering bio-identical signals, meaning signals matching the body's own regulatory patterns rather than imposed from outside. Homeostasis is the balanced state those patterns maintain, and it is what the technology is named for. The premise is that the systems holding you in that balance can fall into an adapted state, where they stop attempting to resolve a problem and simply accommodate it. This is our means of prompting them to take the work back up.
It is placed at the end of a program deliberately. The signal work asks the body to act, and it acts best once the preceding treatments have restored some capacity for it to draw on. This is the technology at the centre of the Health Optimizing method.
What to Expect
Two to three hours of deep rest. Guests describe it more consistently than any other treatment we offer, and the description is almost always the same: the time passes without effort. There is nothing to endure and nothing to concentrate on. Most people simply rest, and many sleep.
Role in Your Program
The culmination of your week and the heart of your program, aimed at the dimmed parasympathetic regulation described in your background. A shorter introductory session may precede it midweek so that the long session is familiar rather than new.

Additional Therapies in Your Plan
Onnetsuki
Far-Infrared Thermal Therapy
Overview
A handheld far-infrared device moved slowly along the body by the practitioner. Far infrared is warmth at a wavelength that penetrates rather than sitting on the skin, which is what distinguishes it from a heat pack. The practitioner works along the body reading where warmth is received comfortably and where it is not, and adjusts accordingly.
What to Expect
Soothing, penetrating heat, and thoroughly relaxing. Areas that are holding tension sometimes register the warmth more sharply than the surrounding skin. That is normal, and it fades as the area settles.
Role in Your Program
Applied early in the week over the vegetative nerves and the vagus nerve, the pathways carrying the parasympathetic signal, to prepare the ground before the closing Homeostasis session. It is used afterward as a calming transition between the heavier treatments. It is not doing the primary work of your program, but the primary work lands better for it.

Your Plan Forward
Your Take-Home Plan
Your week ends with a personalized plan to keep the work moving. Your practitioner walks through each item with you on your final day.
If you do one thing when you get home, make it the daily CellRegulation session, at the program and time of day your practitioner sets. Everything else on this list supports it.
Home CellRegulation. The same gentle mat from your daily core, so the conditioning continues after you leave. This is the single most important item on the list, because it is the one that runs every day.
A guided breathing practice. A simple daily practice supporting the same calm and recovery the Homeostasis session works toward, in a form you can do anywhere.
Sleep and hydration guidance. Specific to what your assessment showed, not general advice.
Any follow-up check-in to schedule. Confirmed with you before you leave.
Our Scope
The indications in your assessment are based on extensive testing with a combination of medical technologies. They are not diagnoses. They are causative factors indicated to be involved with the challenges you came to us with, which is why this guidebook describes what the assessment indicates rather than what it proves.
Health Optimizing Malibu is a scientific methodology of adjunct care, not a medical practice. Our work supports your body's own regulatory function; it does not diagnose or treat disease. Nothing in your journey replaces the care of your physician or specialist.

Your Journey
Welcome
What follows is your journey with us. It begins with a comprehensive evaluation and unfolds across two weeks of program days at our Malibu clinic, closing with a personalized plan to carry the work home.
Our work is built on a single principle: the body is an intelligent, self-regulating system. When it falls out of rhythm, the answer is rarely to silence the signal. It is to listen carefully, restore the underlying conditions, and let the system find its own balance again. Every day of your journey is shaped around that idea.
Yours is a Two Week Extensive Journey because more than one system is carrying strain at once. The assessment indicates a metabolic pattern sitting upstream, with your cellular energy and your circulation both showing the cost of it. Two weeks give us room to rebuild the foundation first and then work on what sits on top of it, in that order.
What to Expect
Your days here will run anywhere from 2 hours to most of a day, depending on what is layered together. We design that rhythm with you rather than for you. Most treatments are quiet and non-invasive; some feel like nothing more than resting, and a few involve gentle warmth or a faint pulse. None require medication or recovery time in the conventional sense.
Your lead practitioner conducts your assessment personally and shapes every day that follows. You will also notice that some treatments are introduced later rather than all at once. That is deliberate: we restore capacity before we build on it.

Before You Arrive
Preparation
Success here is not a single moment of transformation. It is the quieter shift you notice in the days and weeks after you leave.
Steadier energy through the day, and afternoons that hold. Deeper sleep. The sense that your body is running more efficiently than it was. The two weeks are a beginning; the plan you take home is how it continues.
You will know it is working in two ways. The first is what you notice: how quickly you fall asleep, whether you wake rested, and whether your energy holds through the end of a long day. The second is measured. Your practitioner sets a reassessment interval with you and retakes the same parameters we took at your assessment, and where a finding is one your physician already tracks, we ask for that blood work to be repeated on their side too, so the change is a number and not only an impression.
Preparation
Fast for 2 hours before your assessment. Water is welcome. Please avoid caffeine that morning.
Wear comfortable, loose clothing each day. You will be lying down for much of your time with us.
Bring a list of any medications, supplements, and recent test results you would like us to consider.

Your Background
Your Starting Point
You arrive with energy that runs out before your day does, and with the sense that this has been building for years rather than weeks.
What brought you here is the pattern behind it: long days on your feet, meals taken late and quickly, and blood work that has been drifting in the wrong direction for a while without anything being formally wrong yet.
The assessment found a single finding sitting upstream of most of the rest, which is the useful kind of answer. Insulin resistance is the dominant indication. Insulin is the hormone that moves sugar out of your blood and into your cells; when cells stop responding to it readily, the body answers by making more of it. That raised insulin is not the problem. It is the body coping, competently, with a problem it has not been given the conditions to fix. Address the cause and the compensation settles on its own, which is why the program works on the cause rather than on the number.
Two findings sit downstream of that. Cellular voltage, the small electrical charge a cell holds across its outer membrane, is reduced across the whole body rather than in one place, which is the reading we would expect from cells working under sustained metabolic load rather than from a single injury. And there are early signs of circulatory strain in your lower legs, consistent with years of standing shifts. Stomach complaints are present but mild, and the assessment ties them to how and when you have been eating rather than to a measured deficit.
What you are hoping for is steadier energy you can rely on through the end of a long day, and blood work your physician is glad to see.
Both are within reach, and the second one is worth being plain about: the largest single lever in this program is not in the clinic. It is what and when you eat. The two weeks rebuild your capacity at the cellular level and treat the circulatory strain directly; the dietary change is what keeps the metabolic finding from rebuilding itself after you leave.

Main Health Assessment
Today is the foundation of everything that follows. We meet, we listen, and we take a careful, full-spectrum look at where your body is right now.
You will be welcomed and shown around the clinic first, including the treatment spaces you will be using over the coming two weeks. There is no rush to this part.
The assessment itself is conducted personally by your lead practitioner and runs about 3 hours. It is a comprehensive, multi-domain evaluation, calm and conversational throughout, covering how your body produces and uses energy and what your metabolism is doing with it. We record it, with your permission, so that your written protocol can be drawn directly from what we find.
Bring any recent blood work, particularly anything your physician has run on blood sugar. Where a number is already tracked on their side, we would rather read it than estimate it.
Before you leave, your practitioner will share the broad direction of your two weeks.

Day OneMonday, September 7, 20262 to 3 hours
Baseline and a Systemic Start
Day one is gentle on purpose. Because the finding driving your program is systemic rather than local, the work starts whole-body and stays there.
You will spend the session on the CellRegulation mat, a full-body pulsed-magnetic treatment that supports how your cells take in and use energy. It is calm and entirely passive; most guests rest deeply through it, and a good number fall asleep. This is the treatment that runs every single day of your program, here and afterward at home, so today is partly about meeting it.
Your written protocol is delivered today and walked through with you, so you leave understanding not just what is scheduled but why each piece is there and in that order.
Your dietary change begins today rather than later. It is the one part of the program that does not wait for a foundation to be built, because it is acting directly on the finding underneath everything else.
Preparation
Hydrate generously, and keep dinner light and early.
Most guests feel relaxed during the treatments and pleasantly tired afterward. A deeper-than-usual sleep tonight is common and welcome.

Day TwoTuesday, September 8, 20263 to 5 hours
Building the Daily Rhythm
Today the long regulation session joins the daily core, and the shape of your two weeks is set.
CellRegulation opens the day as a complete session rather than an introduction. Homeostasis follows, and it is the longer of the two by some distance: 2 to 4 hours of quiet, signal-based work aimed at the chemistry and energy regulation that the assessment found under strain. Most guests simply rest through it, and many sleep.
The two are paired deliberately. CellRegulation restores the cellular conditions; Homeostasis asks the regulating systems to use them. Running the second without the first would be asking the body to act with nothing to act on.
This is the rhythm you will recognize for the days ahead. From here the variable is what we layer alongside it, not the underlying structure.
What to Expect
Plan for a longer day than yesterday and wear something you can rest in comfortably for several hours. A light meal in the evening and restful activity only.

Days Three to FiveSeptember 9 to 11, 20264 to 6 hours daily
The Full Systemic Course
These three days hold the rhythm without adding to it, and that repetition is the treatment rather than a pause in it.
Each day opens with CellRegulation and continues into a long Homeostasis session. Nothing new is introduced. A systemic finding does not resolve in a single strong session; it responds to the same conditions restored day after day until the body stops treating the compensated state as normal and begins correcting it. Three consecutive days is the shortest stretch in which that reliably starts.
Most guests notice something during this stretch, usually in the afternoons first. Steadier energy where there used to be a drop is the most common report, and it tends to arrive before anything else does.
Your practitioner reviews how you are responding at the end of this stretch and confirms what week two looks like.
Preparation
Bring a layer for the cooler treatment rooms.
Quiet evenings, light dinners, and early sleep across all three nights.
Hold the dietary change firmly this week. It is doing as much as the sessions are.

The Circulatory Work Begins
With the systemic foundation underway, week two adds the treatment aimed directly at your lower legs.
The daily core continues unchanged: CellRegulation to open, Homeostasis to carry the day. Papimi joins it now. Papimi delivers very brief, very fast electromagnetic pulses through an applicator ring the practitioner positions over the region being treated, and here that region is the lower legs, where the assessment found early circulatory strain from years of standing.
It is placed in week two rather than week one for a reason worth stating plainly: local work on tissue whose whole-body energy state is still low gets a fraction of the result. A week of systemic conditioning is what makes these three sessions worth running.
Many guests feel little or nothing during a Papimi session; some report a faint pulse in the treated area. Warmth afterward is common.
Preparation
Hydrate well and keep evenings clear. If your legs feel heavier for a day after the first session, that is expected and settles.

Consolidating, and the Plan Forward
The final two days let the program settle rather than push it further, and hand the work over to you.
CellRegulation continues daily, and Papimi runs a final consolidating session on the lower legs. Homeostasis steps back at this point by design. After ten days the useful thing is to let what has been restored hold, not to ask the body for more on the way out the door.
On the last day your practitioner walks you through your take-home plan in full: the home CellRegulation unit and the program, level and time of day set for you, the dietary plan, and the blood work to repeat with your physician. This is a conversation, not a handover of paperwork, and it is worth the time to understand properly. The plan is what turns two good weeks into a lasting change.
Then a closing conversation, and farewell.
Preparation
Light meals and restful evenings.
Bring anything you want the take-home plan to account for: your work hours, your service schedule, what is realistic to eat and when.
Avoid travel immediately after the final session.

Electromagnetic Cellular Stimulation
Overview
A device that delivers very fast, very brief high-voltage electromagnetic pulses into a targeted area.
A cell holding its proper charge does its own work well: producing energy, clearing waste, repairing itself. Below a certain level that charge is insufficient for repair at all, so tissue that has been slow to recover often turns out to be tissue that has lost its charge.

Quiet and non-invasive. Many guests feel little to nothing; some report a faint pulse in the treated area. You remain clothed, seated or lying down, and sessions on a given region are short.
Role in Your Program
A targeted treatment rather than a daily one, held back to your second week and directed at the lower-leg circulatory strain your assessment found. It is scheduled 3 times across that week, once the whole-body work has raised the conditions it depends on.
Your program runs it on the physical, biochemical and energetic track, which is the one indicated where the findings are metabolic and cellular rather than emotional. This is the technology at the centre of the Health Optimizing method.
What to Expect
2 to 4 hours of deep rest, described more consistently than any other treatment we offer: the time passes without effort. Most people simply rest, and many sleep.
Role in Your Program
Run on most days from your second day onward rather than saved for the end, because the finding it addresses is the one the whole program is built around. It steps back in the closing days to let the work settle.

Additional Therapies in Your Plan
NitricOxide
Nascent Nitric Oxide Infusion
Overview
Nitric oxide delivered through the skin, generated on site at the moment of use. Nitric oxide is a signalling molecule your body makes itself; among other things it tells blood vessels to relax and widen. That widening is what carries more oxygen and more nutrients into tissue, and it is also what helps waste move out. The molecule is short-lived, which is why it is generated on demand rather than stored.
What to Expect
Comfortable and non-invasive. Some guests notice a mild warmth in the treated area as circulation increases. There is nothing to recover from afterward.
Role in Your Program
Introduced in your second week to support circulation and oxygen delivery once your foundation is established, which is when the added delivery has something to deliver to.

Additional Therapies in Your Plan
Plasma-light
Resonant Pathogen Nucleic Disruption
Overview
A light-and-frequency therapy directed at specific named targets. It emits frequencies chosen for the organism identified in your assessment, on the principle that a target resonating at its own frequency is destabilized while your own tissue, which resonates differently, is left unaffected.
We use it only where an assessment names a specific target rather than suggesting a general burden. That distinction matters: without a named target there is nothing for the frequencies to be selected against, so the therapy is held rather than given.
What to Expect
Non-invasive, and most guests report no sensation during the session itself. Sessions are spaced several days apart rather than run daily, because the body needs the interval between them to clear what each session releases. Feeling flat or tired in the day after a session is common and is a sign the clearing is underway.
Role in Your Program
Scheduled against the target your assessment named, with the spacing a genuine course requires. That spacing is often what determines the length of a program rather than the other way round.

Your Plan Forward
Your Take-Home Plan
Your program ends with a personalized plan to keep the work moving. Your practitioner walks through each item with you on your final day.
If you do one thing when you get home, hold the dietary change. Cutting the refined carbohydrates and the late post-service meal is what keeps the finding underneath this program from rebuilding itself, and no amount of treatment substitutes for it.
Your dietary plan. A clean, low-glycemic approach covering when you eat as much as what, built around your actual service hours rather than an ideal day.
Home CellRegulation. The same mat from your daily core, at the program, level and time of day your practitioner sets, so the conditioning continues after you leave.
An omega supplement. Daily, supporting the circulatory work once the sessions have ended.
Blood work with your physician. Fasting glucose and HbA1c repeated at 8 weeks, so the change is measured on their side as well as ours.
Our Scope
The indications in your assessment are based on extensive testing with a combination of medical technologies. They are not diagnoses. They are causative factors indicated to be involved with the challenges you came to us with, which is why this guidebook describes what the assessment indicates rather than what it proves.

Your Journey
Welcome
What follows is your journey with us. It begins with a comprehensive evaluation and unfolds across three weeks of program days at our Malibu clinic, closing with a personalized plan to carry the work home.
Our work is built on a single principle: the body is an intelligent, self-regulating system. When it falls out of rhythm, the answer is rarely to silence the signal. It is to listen carefully, restore the underlying conditions, and let the system find its own balance again. Every day of your journey is shaped around that idea.
Yours is a Three Week Comprehensive Journey because what your assessment showed is not one thing in isolation. It is a single chain running through three systems: your circulation, the oxygen it delivers, and the energy your cells make from that oxygen. The findings are longstanding, and a pattern built over years does not unwind in a week.
What to Expect
Your days here will run anywhere from 2 hours to most of a day, depending on what is layered together. We design that rhythm with you rather than for you, and over three weeks we will adjust it more than once as we see how you respond.
Most treatments are quiet and non-invasive; some feel like nothing more than resting, and a few involve gentle warmth or a faint pulse. One treatment is held back until your second week, for two reasons: it does more once your capacity is rebuilt, and it will not begin at all until your cardiologist has confirmed it sits safely alongside the medication you already take.

Before You Arrive
Preparation
Success here is not a single moment of transformation. It is the quieter shift you notice in the days and weeks after you leave.
Breath that holds on an incline. Warmer hands. Legs that carry you further before they complain. Steadier energy, and deeper sleep. The three weeks are a beginning; the plan you take home is how it continues.
You will know it is working in two ways. The first is what you notice, and in your case it is unusually concrete: the incline you have been avoiding, and how far up it you get before your breath changes. The second is measured. We retake the same circulation, oxygen and cellular readings we took at your assessment, once at the two-week mark and again at your reassessment, so the change is a number and not only an impression.
Preparation
Fast for 2 hours before your assessment. Water is welcome. Please avoid caffeine that morning.
Wear comfortable, loose clothing each day. You will be lying down for much of your time with us.
Bring a list of any medications, supplements, and recent test results you would like us to consider.
Plan for stillness. Over three weeks this matters more, not less. Protect your evenings.

You arrive short of breath on inclines you used to walk without noticing, and that is not something you are accustomed to accepting.
Alongside it: hands that stay cold, calves that grow heavy sooner than they should, and energy that has quietly narrowed over several years rather than dropping away at any one moment.
The assessment found these are not four separate complaints. They are one chain, and it is worth understanding in order, because the order is what the program follows.
It begins with cardiac output, the volume of blood your heart moves per minute, which reads below range. Less blood moved means less oxygen delivered, which is what the low blood-oxygen reading reflects and what you feel on the incline. Further down the chain, cells receiving less oxygen make less energy, and whole-body cellular voltage, the small electrical charge a cell holds across its outer membrane, sits well below range as a result. Tissue running short of oxygen also shifts its chemistry, which the mildly acidic interstitial reading confirms. Autonomic regulation, the part of the nervous system that runs breathing and heart rate without your involvement, is mildly dimmed alongside all of this, and the assessment indicates it is downstream of the pattern rather than a separate finding.
What you are hoping for is your breath back on an ordinary hill, and the confidence that comes with it.
One thing is a genuine gate rather than a preference. The treatment aimed most directly at your circulation cannot begin until your cardiologist confirms it is compatible with the blood-pressure medication you already take. We will not proceed on that item without it, and your first two weeks are built to be worth doing either way.

Initial AssessmentWednesday, July 29, 2026Approximately 3 hours
Main Health Assessment
Today is the foundation of everything that follows. We meet, we listen, and we take a careful, full-spectrum look at where your body is right now.
You will be welcomed and shown around the clinic first, including the treatment spaces you will be using over the coming three weeks. There is no rush to this part.
The assessment itself is conducted personally by your lead practitioner and runs about 3 hours. It is comprehensive and multi-domain, calm and conversational throughout, and it is what determines the order of everything else. We record it, with your permission, so that your written protocol can be drawn directly from what we find.
Bring your current medication list and your cardiologist's contact details. One item in your program depends on their confirmation, and the sooner we can ask, the sooner it can be scheduled.
Before you leave, your practitioner will share the broad direction of your three weeks.
Preparation
A quiet evening, a light meal, and an early bedtime.
Comfortable, loose clothing, with a light layer.
A settling tiredness in the evening is expected and useful. A deep sleep tonight is the best preparation for what follows.

Baseline and Capacity Building
The first three days are gentle on purpose, and in a three-week program that opening matters more, not less.
When a chain of systems is working below where it should be, the first task is not to treat the chain but to give the body enough capacity to respond to treatment at all. That is what this stretch is for.
Each day opens with CellRegulation, a full-body pulsed-magnetic session that is calm and entirely passive, and continues into a long Homeostasis session. Nothing targeted is introduced yet. The whole-body work comes first because the finding it addresses, your cells' reduced energy state, sits underneath everything else.
Your written protocol is delivered on the first day and walked through with you. Your daily breathing practice starts now as well, and it is yours to keep afterward.
Preparation
Hydrate generously, and keep dinners light.
Wear something you can rest in comfortably for several hours.
A deeper-than-usual sleep across these nights is common and welcome.

Building Cardiovascular Reserve
With the whole-body work established, the first targeted treatment joins it: focused sessions over your calves and chest wall.
The daily core continues, and Papimi is added to it. Papimi delivers very brief, very fast electromagnetic pulses through an applicator ring the practitioner positions over the region being treated. Here those regions are the calves, where you feel the heaviness, and the chest wall, which sits over the cardiac finding itself.
It is placed on day four rather than day one deliberately. Local work on tissue whose energy state is still low returns a fraction of what the same session returns later, and three days of whole-body conditioning is what makes these sessions worth running.
Most guests feel little or nothing during a Papimi session; some report a faint pulse in the treated area.
What to Expect
These are the longest days of your first week. Energy often feels steadier by the end of them, though with a chain this longstanding the first real shifts may take longer to arrive than they would in a shorter program. Light meals and restful evenings.

Cardiology Clearance, and the Circulation Work Begins
Week two opens with the confirmation your program has been waiting on, and then adds the treatment aimed squarely at your circulation.
Once your cardiologist has confirmed that it sits safely alongside your blood-pressure medication, NitricOxide is introduced. Nitric oxide is a signalling molecule your body makes itself, and one of the things it does is tell blood vessels to relax and widen. That widening is what carries more oxygen into tissue, which is the finding at the head of your chain.
If that confirmation has not arrived, this treatment waits. The rest of the week runs as planned and nothing else changes; we would rather hold one item than proceed around a question your cardiologist is better placed to answer than we are.
The daily core continues underneath it: CellRegulation to open, Homeostasis to carry the day.
Preparation
Bring a layer for the cooler treatment rooms. Quiet evenings, light dinners, and early sleep. A mild warmth in the treated area during the new sessions is common.

Layering the Vascular Support
The circulation work settles into the rhythm, and we stop to measure before going further.
Homeostasis, NitricOxide and a further Papimi session on the calves and chest wall run together across these two days. This is the first point in your program where all three levers on the same chain are working at once.
The reassessment happens here rather than at the end. We retake your circulation, oxygen and cellular readings at the two-week mark, and what they show decides whether the vascular treatment carries into week three as planned. Measuring at the end would tell us how the program went; measuring now lets us still change it.
A day where you feel more tired than the schedule seems to justify is common at this point. That is usually the body reorganizing rather than a setback, and your practitioner will adjust the following days if it persists.
Preparation
Hydrate well and rest early. If anything has surprised you across these two weeks, this is the moment to raise it, while there is still a week in which to act on it.

The Full Protocol at Steady State
The deepest stretch of your program: everything running together, held steady for three consecutive days.
CellRegulation, Homeostasis and NitricOxide run each day. Nothing new is added, and that is the point. Two weeks of restored capacity sit underneath these sessions, which is what makes them worth more now than the identical sessions would have been worth in week one.
This is the week where most guests first notice something changing rather than simply feeling treated. Warmer hands is the report that tends to come first. The incline usually follows.
Keep your calendar clearer than you think you need to across these days.
Preparation
Light meals and restful evenings, with early sleep throughout. Sleep across this stretch tends to be the deepest of the program.

Consolidating, and the Plan Forward
The final two days let three weeks of work settle, and hand it over to you.
Homeostasis and NitricOxide continue, and Papimi runs a final consolidating session on the calves and chest wall. CellRegulation steps back here by design. After fifteen days the useful thing is to let what has been restored hold, not to ask the body for more on the way out the door.
On the last day your practitioner walks you through your take-home plan in full: the breathing practice you have been building since week one, the daily supplement, and the readings to repeat at your reassessment. This is a conversation, not a handover of paperwork, and it is worth the time to understand properly.
Quiet emotional or physical shifts in this final stretch are part of how the system reorganizes itself. Then a closing conversation, and farewell.
Preparation
Protect an early bedtime before the final session.
Wear something you can comfortably rest in for several hours that day.
Keep the remainder of it quiet, and avoid travel immediately afterward.

No heat, no pressure, no sound. Sessions run 20 to 30 minutes.
Role in Your Program
Your daily whole-body treatment, aimed at the reduced cellular voltage that sits at the far end of the chain described in your background. It runs from the first day through the deepest stretch of week three, and steps back only in the closing days.
Health Optimizing MalibuExample
The Treatments in Your Plan
Papimi
Electromagnetic Cellular Stimulation
Overview
A device that delivers very fast, very brief high-voltage electromagnetic pulses into a targeted area.
A cell holding its proper charge does its own work well: producing energy, clearing waste, repairing itself. Tissue that has been slow to recover often turns out to be tissue that has lost that charge, and this is the tool we use to address it directly and regionally.
What to Expect
Quiet and non-invasive. Many guests feel little to nothing; some report a faint pulse in the treated area. You remain clothed, seated or lying down, and sessions on a given region are short.
Role in Your Program
A targeted rather than daily treatment, scheduled 3 times across the three weeks over your calves and chest wall: the regions where the circulatory finding shows itself and the one that sits over the cardiac finding. It supports the whole-body work rather than leading it.
Your program runs it on the physical, biochemical and energetic track, which is the one indicated where the findings are circulatory and cellular rather than emotional. This is the technology at the centre of the Health Optimizing method.
What to Expect
2 to 4 hours of deep rest, described more consistently than any other treatment we offer: the time passes without effort. Most people simply rest, and many sleep.
Role in Your Program
The one treatment that runs on nearly every day of your three weeks, from the first through the last. Where the other treatments address a single link in the chain, this addresses the regulation holding the whole of it.

Role in Your Program
The treatment aimed most directly at the finding at the head of your chain, and the only one in your program with a condition attached. It begins in week two, and only once your cardiologist has confirmed it is compatible with your blood-pressure medication. From there it continues through week three, subject to what your two-week reassessment shows.

Additional Therapies in Your Plan
Onnetsuki
Far-Infrared Thermal Therapy
Overview
A handheld far-infrared device moved slowly along the body by the practitioner. Far infrared is warmth that penetrates rather than sitting on the skin, which is what distinguishes it from a heat pack. The practitioner works along the body reading where warmth is received comfortably and where it is not, and adjusts accordingly.
What to Expect
Soothing, penetrating heat, and thoroughly relaxing. Areas holding tension sometimes register the warmth more sharply than the surrounding skin. That is normal, and it fades as the area settles.
Role in Your Program
Used through the early weeks as a calming transition between the heavier treatments, and to help your system downshift on the fuller days. It is not doing the primary work of your program, but it makes the primary work land better.

Your Take-Home Plan
Your program ends with a personalized plan to keep the work moving. Your practitioner walks through each item with you on your final day.
If you do one thing when you get home, do the breathing practice daily. It is the item that acts on the oxygen finding between sessions, it costs you a few minutes, and it is the one thing on this list that keeps working whether or not anything else does.
Your daily breathing practice. The same routine you have been building since week one, in a form you can do anywhere.
A daily omega supplement. Continuing the circulatory support once the sessions have ended.
Your reassessment. The same circulation, oxygen and cellular readings retaken at the interval your practitioner sets with you.
Integration guidance for the weeks ahead. After three weeks, how you return to ordinary life matters as much as the program itself.
